Log Book and manufacturers tag

Hi boys,
I'm from Czech republic, country hidden in central Europe. Naughty child of EU,.. :-D
I've got DAX ST50 from 1974, I renovated it but I got it without log
book (dictionary gave me this word - we call it technical pass). I know
that I can't find log book of my DAX, but it isn't problem to replace
manufacturers tag on frame of motorcycle also. Than I think I should go
throught technical check and use my restaurated motorcycle regurarly on
the road,.. our law is very strict, police don't accept any excuses .
So
if you have got or know about some crashed or devastated DAX (doesn't
metter what model (but 50ccm), technical check don't check details like this on so
small motorbikes) contact me.

so I guess you're taliking about the homologation number plate fixed on the frame problem is that they're different, basically it depends of the country you live
you can either find old ones in belgium but you will need an official document that will mention you bought the complete bike
or... there are fake blank ones sold on the net, you'll just have to write the serial numbers written on your frame
according to the shape of the mudguards it seems to be an early 70's german model

When this lovelly baby was produced, our country was in hardest times of socialism, so, there aren't this bikes - only new replicas.
My is ST50GE - so, from germany,.. If I could change homologation number plate and have a log book for it I think our offices don't wanna to waste time with bike like this and they will give a permittion to me,.. :-D
